The Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Strip Discs that this mandrel supports are an extra coarse grade, open-web disc engineered to effectively clean welds, remove rust and strip paint. The open construction and aggressive abrasive properties provide a smooth running wheel that resists loading when removing soft or high loading coatings. Complete Abrasive System SolutionsTo complete the system, combine the the disc and mandrel with 3M™ Die Grinders (sold separately). 3M™ Die Grinders feature 1/4” collets, which provide quick and easy attachment of the mandrel/disc assembly. In addition, 3M™ Die Grinders are designed for continuous use and have ergonomic features that enhance operator comfort and control.

Returns Policy

Some items may be returned if new, unopened items and within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, many safety items are unable to be returned once shipped because these items are unable to be resold due to chain of custody being broken and thereby assurance of the products fit for purpose.
